Our meeting on 2nd April was a talk by Andy Webb on "Painting and Photography”,

We visited the Fry Gallery in Saffron Walden on 7th May.
This is a venue which has been on our wish list for a while, but has finally been made possible as the gallery is opening just for us that morning. We had a talk on the artists whose work forms the core of the collection.

Our next meeting will be on June 4th, when Niddy Walpole will be giving a presentation on the history of landscape art - such a popular subject now, but one which was rather disregarded in times past.
