The Bridge Group is currently in summer recess and will restart on 16^th September at Brampton Manor. Our club is for social bridge players held on the first and third Monday of the month at 2-4 pm. There's free tea and coffee and usually biscuits.

Existing players of any standard are very welcome and our aim is very much towards enjoyment and relaxation. The club is intended for casual bridge rather than competition bridge so there's no duplicate play, bidding boxes or competitive scoring. We use basic Acol bidding (weak NT, strong 2s and so on) and can accommodate either Rubber Bridge or Chicago scoring. We have been offering to take on complete beginners but this has not proved to be a complete success for the more accomplished players so we regretfully will no longer offer this. For more information contact the group leader, details above.
